Because all of our packages are all private, there is no set start or finishing dates. If we have to we will simply alter the itinerary so that it fits with the cruise embarkation, ensuring that no planned visits are missed, just rescheduled somewhere else. This allows you to get the best available flights, which is a huge asset if you are travelling on a budget. Obviously this is something that companies who only offer large group visits cannot offer.
A private tour is one
that is confined to only those who you are travelling with;
you will never be expected to join in with another group,
nor will any others be expected to join in with you. This
means that it will only be your party on excursions, only
your party in our air-conditioned vehicle, and only your
party with our guide; YOUR guide. This final point is very
important as it allows you to get a rapport with the guide,
something large groups cannot do so easily, and this means
that you feel more relaxed, allowing for you to ask those
vexing questions you have always wanted to know the answer
to, something you may find hard to do in the company of
strangers.
If you are returning to Egypt and do not want to see the
same sites that you have already visited, do not be afraid
to ask for changes to be made. Just let us know, when making
your booking, and alternative visits will be suggested to
you. Once again, our itineraries are not ‘set in stone’;
this is your holiday/vacation and we will fill any request;
if it is possible.

All our Tour Prices are per person based on
two persons sharing one room.
Single room prices are as stated or as
negotiated at the time of pricing the tour.
Prices are net. All prices are subject to
reconfirmation and accommodation is subject
to availability on confirmation.
Your package has been designed to ensure
that things run smooth. We do not have fixed
start dates for these packages which will
allow you to get the best possible deals on
your international flights, a great asset if
you are planning with a rather tight budget.
We do like to maintain a high standard of
accommodation so will very seldom book below

All of our packages are private, which means
that only those who accompany you will be in
your party. NEVER will you be expected to
join in with another group nor will others
be expected to join with you.
A deposit of 25 % of tour required oce the
booking was confirmed to guarantee your tour
booking. Deposits may be made by US Dollar,
English money or Euros by Wire Transfer
direct to our bank.
Once booking is requested we will the
pre-booking procedure, which should take
between 4 and 7 working days. During this
phase we check for availability and then put
a temporary hold on accommodation in hotels
and cruises, and seats on internal flights
(if applicable) for you.
All reservations must be forwarded via
email, and reconfirmed by us via email.
Children are subject to charges as per hotel
and cruise boat rules; i.e. there is no
charge for children under 2 years of age at
the end of package, and children under 12
years of age, at the end of the package,
have a reduction of 50%.
We act as an agent for the owners and
contractors providing transportation, hotel
or other services We make every effort to
ensure that all travel arrangements and
services, connected with the tour, will be
carried out as specified. However, in some
instances we do not have direct control over
the provision of services by suppliers and
we do not accept liability for errors and
omissions of such suppliers.
